Gelar Pelatihan, Rumah Seni Budaya Singhasari dan Wangsa Singhasari Gali Motif Adiluhung Ken Dedes
MALANG – Puluhan pencinta seni batik Kota Malang menggali lagi kekayaan ‘Motif Adiluhung’ dalam acara ‘Pelatihan Batik Cap dan Tulis’, yang diinisiasi Rumah Seni Budaya Singhasari (RBS) dan Wangsa Singhasari. Acara ini dihelat di Malang Creative Center (MCC) pada Sabtu (23/03/2024).
Motif Adiluhung, yang diperkenalkan pada acara ini, disebut merupakan salah satu warisan era Singhasari. Sejarahnya bisa ditemukan di aksesoris Ken Dedes, yang digambarkan sebagai Prajnaparamita.
“Motif adiluhung ini merepresentasikan ikatan turun temurun dalam ikatan motif lima kelopak bunga padma,” kata pengelola RBS, Sadhana Devi S.Sn., “Motif ini digunakan sebagai media edukasi anak-anak untuk mengenal kembali Pancasila, yang hidup di dalam keluarga,” sambungnya.
Menurut Budhe Sadha, sapaan akrab Sadhana Devi, motif adiluhung pertama ditemukan oleh maestro batik, Tatik Hajar. Wanita berusia 57 tahun ini menilai bahwa warisan tersebut merupakan sebuah jembatan penting dalam memperkenalkan kekayaan budaya Indonesia. Upaya Budhe Sadha melestarikan Motif Adiluhung melalui pelatihan ini pun mendapat respons positif dari pencinta batik Kota Malang. Puluhan pencinta seni batik Kota Malang dengan antusias mengikuti acara tersebut.
Dalam acara ini, peserta diajak untuk memperdalam pemahaman mereka tentang seni batik, mulai dari teknik membatik dengan canting tulis hingga menggunakan batik cap. Selain itu, mereka juga diajak mempelajari sejarah batik Singhasari yang kaya akan nilai budaya.

“Contohnya adalah Rumah Seni Budaya Singhasari (RSBS), yang aktif berperan dalam sektor kriya untuk memperluas jaringan serta mengembangkan karya-karya baru mereka untuk berkontribusi lebih besar dalam memajukan industri kreatif di daerah tersebut,” tuturnya.
Lebih lanjut, Budhe Sadha juga menilai bahwa keberhasilan acara ini tidak luput dari sokongan Malang Creative Center. Ia menilai kelengkapan fasilitas di Malang Creative Center sangat membantunya dan para pegiat budaya lain untuk menggelar agenda mereka.
“Saya pikir sangat lengkap di sini. Banyak sekali space untuk kita berkegiatan, untuk kreator-kreatornya Malang. Apalagi, sejauh ini masih gratis,” kata Budhe Sadha. “Semoga penyelenggaraan acara pelatihan ini dapat menginspirasi para kreator kreatif untuk terus berkarya dan melestarikan kekayaan budaya Indonesia melalui seni batik,” ia menandaskan.
