Satyawarsa Exhibition: BLIDZ FISIP UB Hadirkan Pameran Fotografi Manusia dan Interaksinya di Malang Creative Center
MALANG – Pada Jumat, 31 Mei 2024, mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya kembali menyelenggarakan Satyawarsa Exhibition, sebuah pameran fotografi yang digelar di lantai 4, Workshop Seni, Gedung Malang Creative Center (MCC). Acara yang diselenggarakan oleh BLIDZ Photography Club, bagian dari mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Brawijaya, ini dibuka untuk umum dan menarik hingga 300 peserta.
Agenda ini menghadirkan berbagai kegiatan menarik seperti pameran fotografi, lomba, tur bersama kurator, dan talkshow fotografi yang dimulai pukul 10 pagi hingga pukul 7 malam. Alaudin Nadzmi Muhtar, penyelenggara acara, menjelaskan bahwa tema Satyawarsa Exhibition tahun ini adalah “Manusia dan Interaksinya”. Tema ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana interaksi manusia dengan sesamanya serta lingkungan sekitar, menggambarkan keberagaman pengalaman manusia dan narasi kehidupan yang kaya.
Pameran yang berlangsung selama tiga hari, hingga Minggu, 2 Juni 2024, memamerkan sekitar 50 karya fotografi dari peserta lomba. Sepuluh di antaranya merupakan karya finalis dari lomba yang diselenggarakan oleh BLIDZ Photography Club, dengan pendaftaran dibuka sejak 7 Mei 2024.
Para finalis tiga besar dalam lomba ini berkesempatan mendapatkan hadiah uang tunai mulai dari Rp 200.000 hingga Rp 700.000, berdasarkan penilaian kriteria seperti orisinalitas, keunikan, visual, estetika, teknik pengambilan foto, serta caption yang menyertai karya mereka. Kriteria ini dirancang untuk mengapresiasi kreativitas dan teknik para peserta dalam menangkap momen interaksi manusia.
Menghadirkan keseruan sekaligus inspirasi, pameran ini membuka peluang bagi para mahasiswa untuk memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan mereka tentang interaksi manusia dengan lingkungan sekitar. Alaudin Nadzmi Muhtar, penyelenggara acara, menjelaskan bahwa tema pameran tersebut menggambarkan keberagaman pengalaman manusia dan bagaimana interaksi tersebut membentuk cerita kehidupan yang beragam.
Alaudin juga menjelaskan alasan BLIDZ Photography Club memilih Malang Creative Center sebagai lokasi acara. Menurutnya, MCC memiliki fasilitas yang memadai, manajerial yang baik, dan budget yang sesuai dengan kemampuan mahasiswa. “MCC sangat pas sesuai budget mahasiswa, fasilitas, juga orang-orangnya sangat ramah dan membantu,” ungkapnya.
Selain itu, Alaudin berharap MCC dapat terus berkembang dan menjadi wadah kreatif bagi mahasiswa. “Saya berharap MCC dapat terus berkembang dan menjadi wadah kreatif mahasiswa,” tambahnya. Dengan terlaksananya Satyawarsa Exhibition ini, BLIDZ Photography Club berharap dapat menginspirasi lebih banyak mahasiswa untuk berkarya dan berkontribusi dalam dunia fotografi, serta membangun ekosistem yang mendukung perkembangan industri kreatif di Kota Malang.
Dengan berbagai kegiatan yang menarik dan edukatif, Satyawarsa Exhibition diharapkan mampu memperkuat hubungan antar komunitas fotografi dan memberikan dampak positif bagi para peserta serta pengunjung yang hadir. (Tan/Aur).

Satyawarsa Exhibition: BLIDZ FISIP UB Presents Photography Exhibition of Humans and Their Interactions at Malang Creative Center
MALANG – On Friday, May 31, 2024, students of Universitas Brawijaya held the Satyawarsa Exhibition, a photography exhibition held on the 4th floor of the Art Workshop, Malang Creative Center (MCC) Building. The event was organized by the BLIDZ Photography Club, a student chapter of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya, and was open to the public and attracted up to 300 participants.
This agenda presents various interesting activities such as photography exhibitions, competitions, curator tours, and photography talk shows from 10 am until 7 pm. Alaudin Nadzmi Muhtar, the event organizer, explained that the theme of this year’s Satyawarsa Exhibition is “Humans and Their Interactions.” This theme explores how humans interact with each other and the surrounding environment, illustrating the diversity of human experiences and rich narratives of life.
The exhibition lasted three days until Sunday, June 2, 2024, and showcased around 50 photographic works from competition participants. Ten of them were finalist works from a competition organized by BLIDZ Photography Club, with registration open since May 7, 2024.
The top three finalists in this competition have the opportunity to receive cash prizes ranging from Rp 200,000 to Rp 700,000, based on criteria such as originality, uniqueness, visuals, aesthetics, photo-taking techniques, and captions accompanying their works. This criterion is designed to appreciate the creativity and technique of the participants in capturing moments of human interaction.
The exhibition provides both excitement and inspiration, allowing students to broaden their horizons and knowledge of human interaction with the environment. Alaudin Nadzmi Muhtar, the event organizer, explained that the theme of the exhibition depicts the diversity of human experiences and how these interactions shape diverse life stories.
Alaudin also explained why BLIDZ Photography Club chose Malang Creative Center as the location of the event. According to him, MCC has adequate facilities, good managerial skills, and a budget that suits students’ abilities. “MCC is very suitable for student budgets, facilities, and the people are very friendly and helpful,” he said.
In addition, Alaudin hopes that MCC can continue to grow and become a creative platform for students. “I hope MCC can continue to grow and become a creative platform for students,” he added. With the implementation of this Satyawarsa Exhibition, BLIDZ Photography Club hopes to inspire more students to work and contribute to the world of photography and build an ecosystem that supports the development of the creative industry in Malang.
